We are open for tours 7 days a week. There is never a charge to tour our beautiful apartment community.
Walk-ins are welcomed, however an appointment is strongly encouraged. You can schedule a tour on our website or call our leasing office.
You can apply online on our website or in-person at the leasing office.
Residents can pay rent online quickly and conveniently by making a one time payment, or by setting up Auto Pay. Our community also accepts checks, cashier's checks & money orders. Cash payments are never accepted.
Renter's Insurance is required at our community.
Resort Style Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ/Picnic Area, Resident Clubhouse, Package Concierge, Professional Onsite Management, Professional Onsite Maintenance, Online Rent Payments, and more!
Rose Heights has a 24 hour fitness center.
Our property has plenty of available parking for our residents and their guests as well as garages that can be reserved.
We love your pets! We allow cats and dogs at our community, with a maximum of 3 pets. Please see our website for a list of breed restrictions.

Each apartment comes with a washer/dryer.

Yes we offer 3 through 12 month lease terms.
All packages are delivered and placed in our resident parcel smart lockers. Contact-free pick up any time of the day!
Our community is located in the highly coveted Leesville Road school district.
Our community is conveniently located near some of the areas shopping favorites! Crabtree Valley Mall, the largest enclosed mall in the Research Triangle Area, is just 4 miles away. Just 5 miles down the road, Brier Creek offers a variety of shops and dining experiences.
Yes! Our community offers 24 hour Emergency Service. Our trained technicians are just a phone call away.
Service requests may be submitted any time, 24 hours a day, through our online resident portal or by calling the office.
Carefree living at its best: With your permission, we can complete your work request even if you are not home.

This complex is awesome. Emily is awesome and made my experience so positive. I had lots of questions and did not visit the location until I moved in. Others in the office are also wonderful and created an easy experience. Maintenance is timely and gets the job done accurately. I huge shout out to Emily who made my transition from OH to NC easy.
